Our 2025 selection, Daughters of the New Year by E.M. Tran, opens with a timeline that plots the lives of the Trung Family and the historical events that shaped them. Inspired by that timeline, One Book One New Orleans presents a fun and engaging workshop where you’ll learn how to create your family timeline!
Workshop facilitator Fatima Shaik will guide you through the basics of uncovering your family history and mapping your family’s unique story onto a timeline. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to dive into your past and connect with your community in a meaningful way.
